I wore this outfit at the weekend to take my gorgeous godchildren to the park (note to self... Wear warmer clothes when going to the park!) I also made a massive fashion error but people complimented my outfit so oh well...

A Quick Update.

Bonjour,

I thought that for todays post i would gove you a quick update on my life and whats going on. 

Firstly, flash back to my "goals for 2015" post and so far i have been to the gym a total of 0 times... i know I'm terrible, i don't even have an acceptable excuse but i have been doing workouts at home so its not too bad!

Secondly i started a youtube! I've made three videos so far; a simple everyday makeup look, a bold lip tutorial, and what i keep in my makeup bag. Im not going to lie i don't like it at all, i don't like the quality of my videos, i don't feel I'm good enough at editing and i just feel like I'm exposing myself too much (i have no idea why). Ive reccorded upwards of fifteen videos since my last one and all of them i have edited and then deleted because  don't like something about them but i am going to perceiver and hopefully i will be uploading some more very shortly.

Finally i started "Makeup Monday" and "Fashion Friday" here on my blog. I seriously misjudged how difficult it would be to balance all of my college work, having a social life and making these blog posts every week. I am determined to manage it all though because i really enjoy making the posts. Im thinking of maybe just doing 'Fashion Friday' as i enjoy writing/making those posts more and i think that one post a week is much more realistic!

Makeup Monday.

Bonjour,

Ive decided that to encourage and motivate me to blog more im going to start doing 'Makeup Monday' where each Monday i will post something make up related eg. my current favourite or a review and i will also be doing 'Fashion Friday' where i will post an outfit of the day or a new clothing love or something along those lines.

Here is the first of my Makeup Mondays and today i'm going to be attempting to explain my love for the Kiko smart lipstick i recently bought.

The formula is lovely, its quite glossy so it doesn't have the lasting power of a matte such as but because of the way if fades it still looks good as the colour just gets lighter and softer and at just £3.90 its defiantly worth way more than its price!
I got the shade 923 Peony Purple which is the perfect colour for summer (i am currently obsessed with it though) i feel like it suits my skin tone really well so its a great one for all us pale people!

Bonjour,

Recently whilst i was browsing the Missguided sale I found this beautiful skirt that i almost bought around my birthday at full price and am i glad i waited! I managed to bag it for the mere price of £5 which i thought was amazing!!

Outfit Of The Day.

Bonjour,

I recently stumbled across a beautiful online store, Pretty Little Thing, and couldn't help but buy a couple of items. This is my favourite of the two items, a beautiful, black baby doll dress.

                                                   

The skirt part is made of velvet which not only looks beautiful, but feels amazing too! Then the top part is a stunning lace pattern and the sleeves are a sheer black material from about the elbow downwards. 

When wearing this I put a black vest underneath it as the top area is completely see through, and paired it with some super cosy tights and heeled Chelsea boots both from primark.

Morning Smoothie Recipe

Bonjour,

Recently I've started having a smoothie every morning as I thing they're a really easy way to get essential nutrients into your body and they're super filling. The smoothie that gets the title as my favourite is a Green Tea Berry Smoothie.

                                         

To make this I simpley use 

- A mug of ice

- Between 35 and 45 blueberries 

- 6 tablespoons of green tea 

- About 2 tablespoons of honey 

- 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice 

I just throw it all in a blender and blend.

The second smoothie I've been making which I don't like quite so much but it's still nice is a Spa Cucumber Smoothie.

                                         

All you need for this one is

- A mug of ice 

- 2 pieces of cucumber

- About 4 tablespoons of honey

- 1 tablespoon of lime juice 

- 6 tablespoons of water

Again I just throw everything in a blender and blend.
